Assalam O Alaikum

I have been impressed by the level of activity and charity generated by the community in response to the tragic  earthquake in Pakistan. In these times, it is imperative that we all work together and give the most that we can to the relief and reconstruction effort. For updated information on the donations to the President's Relief Fund please visit our website.

I have made some observations about the community's activity during the past week in an interview on The Saturday Post; you may find them useful.

Please note that this is only the beginning. The coming months will require more from us than the past week has, not only in charity but in patience and cooperative spirit. In this past week, I have seen the community come together as never before and I have full faith that we will emerge from this test stronger than ever.

Regards,
